How does 1850 directory assistance work?

 Simply dial the number 1850. Our contact center employee will ask which phone number you’re looking for.
 Just tell us the name of the company or person you want to find, and the city/town (if known).
 The phone number will then be read out loud to you. Or you can elect to receive this information via a free SMS. If you wish, 1850 can even connect you through directly to the company or person in question. It’s up to you!
